Sylvester Stallone’s Daughters Describe Dating Difficulties, Say One Guy Brought A Resume For Their Dad

 

Sylvester Stallone is best known for playing Rocky Balboa in the Rocky franchise, but his other work has largely focused on action-packed roles, earning him quite the reputation as a tough guy. His daughters say that having Stallone as their dad hasn't made dating the easiest thing in the world, and they each have their own dating horror stories to back up that statement. Joining the Sibling Revelry podcast, all three girls discussed growing up with Stallone and how it has impacted their love lives.

Sylvester Stallone has five children. He has sons, Sage and Sergej, with his first wife, Sascha Kazak, to whom he was married from 1974 to 1985. His marriage to his second wife, Brigitte Nielsen, lasted only two years and produced no children, but he was married to his third wife. and current wife, Jennifer Flavin, whom he married in 1997, he has three daughters, Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlett.

When they came together on the podcast, he talked about what it was like growing up with Stallone as his father. Sophia, the oldest, said, "I don't want to do anything when I grow up." Her sister Sistine echoed that statement, pointing out how strict the rules are becoming. “The curfew was at 10:00 pm. And my father will stay awake,'' she said. "He literally... I always say, I'd see him in his bathroom with the lights on like, 'Oh shoot, it's 10:05. We're in trouble.' No boyfriend, no dating until we were almost 18. We couldn't drive until we were 18.'

Now, since the girls are in their twenties, they have moved out of their parents' house. However, they say dating is no longer easy since they no longer live at home. Sistine said all three of them have dealt with dates with men who were "just pretending to like us."

"I asked a guy to bring a resume on a date," she explained. “I have three great things: I got a resume once, a headshot, and a script. And they were all having dinner, so I was stuck. I said, 'Oh my God, this is terrible!'" When asked what she thought of the script, she said it was terrible. When he told Stallone about it, "I said, 'Sly, you're going to wipe your butt with this.'"

Youngest sister Scarlett said she has brought her father on dates several times. "I had this question in my mind, 'Can I beat your dad in a boxing match or something?'" she said. “What do you want me to say? Like, yes, you can beat up my dad? That's so stupid.”

This show shows their dating

In 2023, The Family Stallone was released, a reality television show focusing on the daily life of the famous actor and his family. The show sees Sophia and Sistine living in New York City and the trio navigating their romantic lives. Scarlett's relationship with her boyfriend Louis was also put in the spotlight on the show.

This is the second season of the show, which was released in February 2024, which actually focuses on the romantic lives of the girls. "I will say, Season 2, the producers definitely said, 'You didn't tell us anything about your dating life in Season 1, we're going to exploit you in Season 2,'" Sistine joked.
